Day 326 - A Year of Spiritual Awakening - Pain is the Hardest Passage...

Lesson 326: Pain is the Hardest Passage...

Pain is the hardest passage, then compassion. By the time you have moved into connection, into realizing yourself as one of One, moving into heart of love is the easiest, simplest step. It’s a simple sigh, a breath, and you have shifted into transcendence, bliss, joy.
— Sara Wiseman

In today’s lesson, we are to look at everything around you and just take a deep breath and realise that you are one of One. That through your breath, you can access love at any given time. You can move from pain, compassion and connection to open the fourth passage of the heart to love.

When I closed my eyes I took a few deep breaths. What I did was pulsate my own love energy out. What happened is that I had love energy returned by accessing some trees of as park I visit. I feel beings that aren’t of human nature are always about pure love. They have no reason to hate, and only ever look to us to provide their unconditional love. To have love returned in some of this pure form is beautiful. I don’t really know how what words to use to best describe it.

Having pure energy like that makes me what to be able to hold this kind of space for humans. I find lately that I find niggly things that humans do that make me think how inconsiderate they are. It’s up to people like me to transcend this and help teach people to be better. If I can already move through pain to compassion and then connection easily, and love is the last step, then I got some work to do. I want to act pure of heart and have better understanding of humans. It’s about overcoming this thing we call ego that I need work on – thinking that I deserve better, thinking I am a good person over others etc. I think I need to start on my self-love before I can fully understand – if I can find the bliss within me, then it would make it easier to find it in others.

Day 326 - A Year to Clear - Bathe Your Home In Love

Lesson 326: Bathe Your Home In Love

Today we are to take some time to write a letter to our homes and just tell our home all the ways in which we love it. As we write the letter, imagine the words cleansing your home and just continue to bathe your home in love.

My letter:

To my home,

Thank you for continuously giving me shelter and a place to actually call home. You look after me every day and make sure that I am safe. I am grateful that I have somewhere to live when some people don’t. You always allow me to have good rest and sleep. Without you, I wouldn’t have some of the fondest memories with my friends or my cats. I love your uniqueness and the creaks are just part of your character. Your high ceilings make the home feel spacious, because if I didn’t have them, it would feel so cramped. Thanks for allowing me to sing and dance all the time with no one watching but you. Thanks for protecting me and allowing me to be myself.

Lesson 325: The Heart of Love...

The heart of love isn’t about loving a specific person. It’s about loving all specific people, as One. You begin to open your heart when you love one person: a romantic partner, a child. But when you open your heart further into love, there is room for more than one.
— Sara Wiseman

Today we are to write a down list of every single person that you love and only stop when you truly cannot think of anyone else.

I personally don’t want to write this online, just because I don’t want to place my friends’ names online. I mean not that I would list their surnames but I know how some people are about privacy and because my name is readily available online, if they had someone bothering them, it could be traced. What I will do is make a mental note instead so that I give our my heart energy for those people. I mean, the whole point of the lesson is to see how much our hearts can love. There isn’t just room for one person but so many. I think this shows that if we can love everyone that touches our lives, why can’t we love each and every person on this world. If we are all One and connected through the Divine, we have the capability of loving everyone on this earth. So, why don’t we do it?

As I think about my loved ones, every time I think I’ve thought of everyone, someone else pops up and for different reasons. I think when I go to walk home, I’ll be thinking of more people along the way. I guess love can be infinite and we connect with much more people than we realise. I even thought of my singing teacher. I mean I don’t know him well but I love him for being able to teach me how to sing and that’s something I really appreciate.

Who are your loved ones?

Lesson 324: You Become Conscious When...

You become conscious when you reach heart of connection. You become transcendent when you reach heart of love. This is where the saints, the masters, the ascended live.
— Sara Wiseman

Today we are to imagine a cup in our minds and this cup is full of love. How much do you see the cup full? Practise this during carrying points of the day and see what messages you receive.

When I looked at my cup, my love looked like a pink shimmery liquid in a tea cup. I could see that it was about 85% full. It’s near the top but not quite. My message was that I am nearly at the point of moving into this transcendent state but I have some more learning to go. I’m nearly there but not quite. The next image was the liquid splashing outwards. I felt like this was something I was to achieve. When I fully reach a heart full of love, then I will be splashing it everywhere for everyone else. I think that’s exciting! To be able to love with a pure heart is something I have always wanted to achieve when I started my spiritual journey. It seems like I’m almost close and will achieve this. I will continue to work on self in order to get there.

What messages did you receive and how full is your cup of love?

Day 323 - A Year of Spiritual Awakening - When You Understand the Steps...

Lesson 323: When You Understand the Steps...

We’ve been learning about the passages of the heart all year. By learning how to move from pain, to compassion, connection and to love, it allows you to hold high vibration at any given time. Sure, there are times when you will forget to apply this cycle, but you can build on this in order to always hold the tools within you to reach a state of love. We can build our lows into highs. You don’t have to have worries, have things bother you or stress about situations. All it takes is a moment to pause and run these challenges you have through pain, compassion, connection and love. Today we are to think about something that is bothering us. Run through the passages of the heart and see how easy this is for you.

I just went through people that have annoyed me this week. My pain is my annoyance. I applied compassion, telling myself that everyone is human and do things we don’t always understand. I then moved into the relationships I hold with these people and the connection I have with them otherwise they wouldn’t be my friend. Finally, I realised the joy we all bring to each other’s lives and that is love. It was very easy to achieve this and I feel weight lifted off – which was my annoyance.

It’s so easy to do this then why don’t we apply it often enough? It takes practise and patience for sure! I still fail at this sometimes but I am always trying to be better. Sometimes we just don’t take a moment to pause and really think about moving through the passages to apply love. Ultimately, this is what we want to achieve in life right? To love unconditionally for all beings and that be pure.

Keep at it! You are achieving so much in your life just by recognising you want to awaken something bigger than yourself.
