Lesson 322: Go Into Meditation...

Today we are to meditate and feel love, bliss, joy…. Know that you can heal yourself with the Divine’s help through this love. Today we are going to go through the four passage of the heart of pain, compassion, connection and love. Every time you feel love, cycle whatever you are facing through these passages. Do it as many times as you need. Do you notice the vibration change? Do you notice how quickly you can go into this state?

I meditated on some angry feelings I have towards work. Things transpired that I wasn’t happy about. I just didn’t want to feel this way anymore. I closed my eyes, went through the passages of the heart and applied the healing to myself and the work environment. I just filled my work place with some pink and green light. I hope on Monday when I return that it will be all good. That I won’t feel so unmotivated and have a better feeling when I go in. When I did this meditation, I felt better. I do feel that I need to repeat this step for this particular instance in order to feel the best. So I will take it home when I have a quiet moment and keep applying some healing energy towards my work situation and environment. If the bliss feeling can be applied in various instances, I think I will find peace in the situation in order to move forward.

I realise that I was creating my low vibration. We can always get out of this low vibration at any point. It’s just our willingness to do it, that makes all the difference.

Lesson 322: Check In WEEK 46 - Revealing

The focus with these past few days has been revealing some thoughts and truth to ourselves through a mirror. It shows us the parts we love about ourselves and the changes we can have my adopting practises that discharges negative thoughts. We don’t always love the person we see in the mirror, but doesn’t mean we won’t ever. If we keep up the practise of letting go through breath and look at ourselves again, can we see start to see the things we love. Like anything, it takes time but consistency is key. We can all be our true selves by acknowledging that we matter and embracing what we see as flaws, and learning to love all aspects of ourselves.

Lesson 321: This Blissful Feeling...

Every time you enter the heart of love, this is exactly what the Universe is. If we are all One with the Universe through the interconnected of all beings and energy, then we can always feel love and all the pure joy that comes with it. If you currently don’t feel enough love, what can you do to make a change in your life to allow for it to come into your heart? Think about what you can do to feel more love and see if you can practise that change.

Based on the previous lesson, it spoke of meditation and prayer that is a path to love. I think I will practise meditation every day as it is something that I do not currently do. I practise prayer and feel good when I do that, so meditation can give me a good effect also.

I think the biggest thing for me is developing more self-love. Whether that be through practises like relaxation or spending more time complimenting myself, not for the ego trip but just empowerment, it will really open channels of love to myself. I don’t need anything in my life as I am not materialistic, but it’s just continuing my spiritual practise so I can be my truest self. I think just continuing my creative projects will allow a blissful feeling to enter my heart. I think bringing joy through creativity is a big part of my 2019. I have found a room to hire in which to do art and it’s about putting that to good use. I think massive change is coming for me next year. This year is testing waters in creativity and next year is honing in on my creativity. This will help with my self-love also.

Day 321 - A Year to Clear - Mirror Meditation

Lesson 321: Mirror Meditation

Today we are to stand in front a mirror and close our eyes, breathing in deeply. On each out breathe repeat “Let it all go.. just let it go… and show me your spirit” three times. Open your eyes and look at yourself. What are you noticing and do you feel you look the same as before you started the exercise? Once you have reflected, repeat the words “I exist. I matter. It is safe for me to show my true self”. How do you feel after you look at yourself once again?

When I looked at myself, I noticed that I looked young and innocent. I do think I am cute. I noticed a young girl in me even though I’m not so young. It’s nice to look at yourself with a different perspective. I think if this was a consistent practise, I would feel good every day and love myself more. I feel like the point of this lesson is to teach us that we can really be kind towards our self if we can consistently put into practise delivering kind words to ourselves.

Lesson 320: Every Time You Exist in Love...

 

… it opens avenues for you to get to love once again. Through practises such as meditation or prayer, you can have direct connection to the Divine and therefore hold highest vibration of love. This is something you have to do for yourself. No one can pray or meditate for you. The way you connect to the Divine is solely your connection. Today we are asked if we meditate or pray, and to know that this is the path to love.

I have never thought of prayer or meditation to be a path to love. I meditate on occasion but not often as I should. I think I can spare 5-10 minutes every day from this day forward to meditate to open myself up more and be more self-loving. I do pray every day. When I am in bed, I go over all the things that I am grateful and thankful for that occurred during the day. It is quite fulfilling doing this every day. I also send love out to others that need more help than I do. I am always thinking about those that have it tougher than myself, so I am always hoping that they get the love and support that they need, whoever they are. I didn’t know by having my own practises in this way that it’s a path for me to love. Does this mean if I meditate regularly that I can have a deeper connection to love? I guess I will find out.
