Went to another paint class so I could attempt painting galaxy prints. I had a lot of fun. I found it a bit challenging getting the right blend I wanted but overall, the aim was to learn how to achieve the galaxy print. I think I nailed it. Another skill gained.
Thought I'd make a quick post before work. So I tried following a tutorial on realistic eyes for beginners. It was harder than I thought it would be, but I'm always up for a challenge.
Given that the idea is to achieve realism, I am happy with my effort. The eyelashes, I maybe made too abundant, and I realised this after I looked back at the tutorial. I also had a difficult time getting the eyebrow to look more natural but I think with more practise, I'll get hair strokes down better.
I've included my first drawing and then my attempts to shade, plus some different angles of the finished drawing.
