Lesson 251: Take a Salt and Soda Bath or Shower

On lesson 92 we were given a recipe of a salt and soda remedy that could help with our clearing practise. I personally do not remember it nor do I remember actually using it myself. Haha! So, the recipe is mixing equals parts of sea salt (not Epsom) with baking soda. If you take a bath, pour it into the tub and soak and if you shower, make a paste in your palm and rub it all over your body. This is meant to restore balance.

I guess it’s an easy way to scrub away and clear anything off your body and within your energy field. I personally believe that any scrub can do this and why not use something that you love that has a nice scent to calm your senses. It’s definitely a cheap way of scrubbing your body as well as clearing. There are so many products out there that you can use to achieve the same result. Whenever I use a scrub, I feel more clean than I normally am after a shower, but I feel refreshed – like the scrub has actually taken away the crap that was attached to me and washed it down the drain. Do you ever feel this way? I think if you have the intent, then washing away the crappy energy is something I visualise when I use a scrub.

Anyone want to try this soda and salt paste and tell me what it’s like?
