Lesson 227: A Gentle Reminder - Steps to Staying on Track

We all fumble… and that’s okay. What’s important is that we don’t fall off the wagon and stay off the wagon. We have to always bring it back in and keep moving forward on the clearing journey. When we feel we’re getting stuck all we need to do is follow steps to keep moving:

·         Observe how your energy levels are. Don’t judge them but observe and be aware of them.

·         We need to establish routine for even just 1 minute a day. Something has to move whether it’s you exercising, dancing or you moving an object like washing the dishes. Keeping the energy moving allows flow to be established whilst clearing in your space.

·         Allow the emotional weather to come. If you allow it flow through rather than you resisting what is happening, then it will pass for you to pick yourself up again.

·         Once you’ve completed your clearing task, ensure you praise yourself in some way to celebrate your achievement. It can be big or small but it’s good to recognise your efforts.

One thing that is taught in this course is consistency. No one is asking you to move mountains and that’s why one minute a day works to move one item or thought. I sometimes fail at this, I’ll admit but it’s good to be constantly reminded that clearing does not take much each day. Slow progress is still progress.
